It was a 14 km Trek up hills, down hills, up hills that seemed to never end, only get steeper and then down again. Justin Rae who has a plate in his left ankle and Nick Tansley who - well who is in his fourth decade and not as active as he once was. They did the 14k's and planted their five trees without one ounce of moaning.
